Mumbai/Indien, 31. März 2009. Hays plc hat mit Hays India eine neue Landesgesellschaft gegründet und nun das erste Büro in Mumbai eröffnet. Hays ist der erste Personaldienstleister auf dem indischen Markt, der auf dem Markt der Rekrutierung von Spezialisten aktiv ist und indische Kandidaten sowie Unternehmen adressiert.
“Die Eröffnung eines Büros in Indien ist ein wichtiger Schritt im Rahmen unserer Expansionsstrategie und in der Festigung unserer Position als globaler Marktführer. Wir planen, in den nächsten Monaten ein zweites Büro in Delhi zu eröffnen“, führt Alistair Cox, Chief Executive Officer von Hays plc, aus:
Indien ist die zwölftgrößte Volkswirtschaft, verfügt aber derzeit trotz des sehr hohen Wachstums an gut ausgebildeten Arbeitskräften noch über keinen eigenen Marktsektor für die Vermittlung von Spezialisten. Deren Rekrutierung liegt derzeit noch in den Händen der internen HR-Teams.
