Why is your employer a good fit for you?
Because I noticed right from the start that Hays reaches out to every newcomer and offers them a fair chance. There are framework conditions that are set and adhered to, but the path to the goal is flexible and all options are open to you.
What do you appreciate most about Hays?
Everything Hays does for its employees: precisely the possibility of still being able to work flexibly remotely in the future. That's a highlight!

Why is your employer a good fit for you?
If I do a good job, it is reflected in the number of placements and completions, but also in the appreciation I receive both internally and externally. I like this performance orientation.
Why did you choose this job?
In fact, I had my doubts about the term "personnel service" at first. Nevertheless, I took the plunge because the interviews in particular convinced me.The sales environment in combination with active sourcing offer me the perfect interplay of both worlds.

Why did you choose this job?
I have always enjoyed being in close contact with people, helping and advising them. My job is very varied and you constantly learn new things.
What do you appreciate most about Hays?
You are given room to question yourself again and again and thus not only develop yourself, but also the entire team. Hays never stands still.

What does your typical workday look like?
I make a lot of phone calls, for example with the back office regarding billing and contract creation, and I also have a lot of contact with Sales regarding the support of our candidates. I also talk a lot with our candidates regarding conditions, contract content and billing. It never gets boring!

The great thing about my job is the people I work with.

Why is your employer a good fit for you?
I started as a working student and was subsequently taken on permanently. Hays offered me the best opportunities as a career starter. I was able to learn a lot in the 2 years as a working student and was then given confidence and development potential.
What does your typical workday look like?
Despite various exchanges on exciting topics from the sales area, I always have time to devote to my own tasks, such as preparing evaluations and creating strategic concepts.

What's great about your job?
That no two days are the same. I deal with an incredible number of people and projects, so I have a lot of different tasks.

If I had to assign Hays to one person, we are really similar. Hays is also young and dynamic, looks ahead and is always thinking about how to shape the future.

What's great about your job?
I'm involved in the implementation of a wide variety of projects, conceptualize overarching campaigns, both online and offline, and thus get to know different departments and benefit from their expertise.
What do you appreciate most about Hays?
The appreciative communication and the open ear by the board of directors, which is especially noticeable through the many employee surveys. We also have internal career opportunities in different directions - as I myself moved internally from Sales to Marketing.

What does your typical workday look like?
Regular exchange with business units, understand business priorities, manage IT service portfolio, deliver translation services (processes, structures, priorities) between IT and business. Manage and jointly resolve escalations.
What's great about your job?
The opportunity to combine my job and my family. I have an exciting and challenging job, but still have time for my family.

Why is your employer a good fit for you?
Corporate meets start-up spirit: with my background, I can bring this intersection to Hays Lab very well. We have a very positive atmosphere in the team and can make a difference together. The framework that Hays creates, both privately and professionally, is a pretty good fit for me.

We are quite different in terms of background, but we tick similarly and share a common mindset. We have a common vision that we believe in and work towards. As a result, we complement each other well and pull together.

The flexibility and that, although I'm actually only responsible for one area of law, I have insights into many different topics - both legal and non-legal.

What's great about your job?
The great thing about my job is that I have a very demanding, varied and challenging task and can work part-time and mostly from my home office at the same time. The freedom to organise my schedule flexibly means that I can combine my family life with my job.
What is your typical working day like?
I mostly work from home and occasionally travel to client appointments. My main tasks include the following: Clarifying orders with my clients, creating/revising job advertisements, pre-selecting suitable applicants, conducting interviews, decision-making meetings with clients, strategic exchange with colleagues, reporting.

What makes your team?
We all get along very well and have fun together at work. We can rely on each other and look out for each other. Despite the fact that we have a lot of fun and are easy-going with each other, everyone takes responsibility for their own area and works on the topics with the necessary seriousness.

Why is your employer a good fit for you?
The decisive factor for my introduction to Hays was the constant development, the innovative thinking, the flexible working hours and the colleagues who tick just like me. Hays is a good fit for me because they are as willing to change as I am.

I appreciate the way we all treat each other. No one pulls out their elbows. On the contrary, we support each other, even if it's not in our own area of responsibility. Due to the flat hierarchies and the collegial interaction, we are much closer to each other.
