Women's Career Index 2020: Hays among the top ten companies that live diversity
The FKi uses measurable criteria to show how successful women's careers are progressing in companies
As a proven KPI system the FKi has provided key support in the areas of new leadership, diversity and transformation since its launch in 2012. The FKi is considered a groundbreaking seal of approval for progress in large corporations and business associations. The patron for this event is the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.
Barbara Lutz, founder of the FKi, highlights the importance of this calculation: "The FKi examines the framework under which it is possible for women to succeed in asserting themselves from the bottom-up in the company. In this way, the FKi helps companies take sustainable steps that support women's career paths. These measures also promote greater capability of transformation and other diversity characteristics." The results of the FKi prove: Those who promote women's careers in the company create agile structures and a cultural openness.
In 2020 a total of 32 companies were indexed to make their measures for more diversity and the advancement of women quantifiable. Hays is among the top 10. This great result is demonstrating that we are already implementing successful measures and demonstrating transformational capability. We are delighted to have received this award and will of course continue along this path.
