UNICUM Stiftung selects “enablers for a successful career start” from universities – with our support

We are pleased to sponsor "Professor of the Year" for the first time! Every year, the competition organised by UNICUM Stiftung awards a prize to professors who are considered as “enablers for a successful career start”. Our Head of People Management, Christian Jost, was one of the jury members this year and will award the prize to the "Professor of the Year 2017" in the category Economics/Law together with the other jury members on 8 February .

In four different categories of study courses, professors from all over Germany could be nominated by their students. These professors are characterised by the fact that they are highly practice-oriented and prepare their students for their career start in the best possible way by imparting job-relevant skills. This is very important as many graduates lack relevant practical professional skills. Thus, a smooth transition to work is often difficult.
