Potentialpark Study 2018 – Hays is one of the top-20 employers in the area of online talent communication

The Swedish market research company Potentialpark annually analyses the online communication between employers and potential employees. The analysis comprises over 300 criteria evaluated by over 2,500 study participants in the categories Career Website, Applying Online, Social Media and Mobile. In total, Potentialpark analysed 141 German companies from September to December 2017.

Once again this year, we took part in the study for Germany and had our digital personnel marketing activities examined in detail. As in previous years, we were able to improve our overall ranking: This year, we are ranked among the top 20 – an increase by ten places!

We have also achieved a major improvement in the social media ranking: Here we ranked 15th this year. We are delighted that our channels on FFacebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram have such a strong appeal!
