Hays is again BEST PLACE TO LEARN
Excellent training!
The award BEST PLACE TO LEARN is a cross-industry seal of quality for the quality of training in German companies. As part of the certification process, which is carried out by AUBI-plus GmbH, the participating companies are evaluated on the basis of 71 quality criteria in seven different quality areas. The focus is on the quality of the entire training process – from the selection of applicants to the planning and results of the training. In case of successful certification, the seal of quality BEST PLACE TO LEARN is awarded.
This year, we took part in the study for the second time and had our internal training processes scrutinised. The anonymous 360-degree survey focused on our current and former trainees as well as our full-time trainers and training officers. Vivienne Kettner, who is responsible for the coordination and supervision of trainees and students completing a dual-study programme at Hays in Germany, is delighted with receiving the award again and being rated "very good". "This seal of approval proves the high quality of our training process. It helps us underline our attractiveness as an employer and thus attract the best young talents", says Vivienne.
In 2008, we hired our first trainee management assistant for personnel services. Today – ten years later – we can look back on diverse and exciting training opportunities: In addition to the training in management assistance for personnel services (CCI) in Mannheim, Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Dortmund and Frankfurt, we also offer trainings in office management at our headquarters. Moreover, you have the chance to complete various dual-study programmes for obtaining a Bachelor's degree in cooperation with Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim. The courses of study include Business Administration – Industry, Business Administration – Digital Business Management, Accounting & Controlling, Marketing Management, Applied Computer Science and Business Information Systems. We are currently supporting 28 trainees and 20 students completing a dual-study programme throughout Germany.
