For the twelfth time in a row, the international Top Employers Institute named us one of the best employers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland! But that's not all: compared to the previous year, we were able to improve our overall score by another four percentage points from 84% to 88%! This year, the independent research institute ranked over 1600 employers in 119 countries on five continents. To ensure objective comparability, all companies worldwide undergo a uniform evaluation process

As part of the multi-stage certification process, the People & Culture activities of the participating companies are reviewed in the areas of talent strategy, leadership development, corporate culture, onboarding and training and development, among others. To obtain certification, companies must demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements set by the Top Employers Institute..

At the award ceremony in Düsseldorf on 6th February 2020, we were certified with the award in addition to PepsiCo, EY, SAP, Vodafone and other top employers from the DACH region. We are proud and very happy about the renewed award!
