Florian is one of our employees who is actively involved in our "Hays Helps" program. The program brings together our global fundraising and volunteer programs at Hays. At its core, it's about how we help people with fewer opportunities to enter the workforce, and in doing so, positively impact the working world of tomorrow.
When choosing a job, one thing was always particularly important to Florian: to work in a company with a purpose. Today, Florian is a division manager at Hays, responsible for filling projects and temporary positions in Marketing & Sales.
