For the thirteenth time in a row, we have been named one of the best employers in Germany by the international Top Employers Institute!

This year, the independent research institute certified and awarded 1691 employers in 120 countries/regions on 5 continents. Together, these certified Top Employers have a positive impact on the lives of over 7,000,000 employees worldwide.

To ensure objective comparability, all companies worldwide undergo a standardized assessment process. As part of the multi-stage certification process, the People & Culture activities of participating companies are assessed in the areas of talent strategy, leadership development, corporate culture, onboarding and training and development, among others. To earn certification, companies must demonstrate at least 60 percent of the requirements set by the Top Employers Institute.

The digital awards ceremony, where we will be certified alongside other Top Employers from around the world, took place on January 28, 2021.
