We are Top Employer 2024

The international Top Employers Institute has once again recognised us as one of the best employers in Germany! We are delighted to have been recognised as one of the best 162 employers in Germany for the 16th year in a row. A total of 2302 companies from all over the world took part in this year's certification round. The certification is the result of a demanding process in which companies must first go through an approval process and then prove that they apply at least 60 per cent of the defined HR practices. This detailed review is carried out by external auditors. With an impressive result score of 78.15%, we are once again among the top 25% of all certified companies.

To ensure objective comparability, all participating companies undergo a standardised, multi-stage assessment process in which the People & Culture activities are analysed and reviewed in detail. More than 400 questions from 6 areas (Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite) and various sub-categories have to be answered in an online survey. As part of the survey, the areas of talent acquisition, training and development, onboarding and offboarding, sustainability and diversity & inclusion are assessed. At least 60 per cent of the defined HR practices must be applied and demonstrated in order to be certified.
