Again awarded for excellent conditions for employees

It’s official: For the tenth time in a row, we have been selected as one of the best employers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland by the international research company Top Employers Institute!

This organisation globally certifies employers that provide optimal working conditions and opportunities for professional development. The certification is based on a multi-stage process which analysed and evaluated our personnel policy in detail. Among others, the analysis included the areas onboarding, training & development, compensation & benefits as well as our corporate culture.

Together with 122 employers from Germany, 27 employers from Switzerland and 12 employers from Austria, we received the certification “Top Employer 2019” during the award ceremony in Düsseldorf on 12 February 2019. We are particularly proud of our very good results in the new category “Top Employer 2019”. With a score of 90 %, we had an amazing start and are among the top-three companies.

This fills us with pride – we are very happy to have received this award again this year!
