Top Employers Institute again honours Hays Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Now it's official: For the tenth time, we have been certified by Top Employers Institute for our outstanding employment conditions. This year, we have again received the "Top Employer" award in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Our HR processes and structures were analysed in a detailed survey in nine thematic areas and then verified by Top Employers Institute in a multi-stage process. Among other things, our personnel planning, executive development, career and succession planning and corporate culture were examined.

"The ‘Top Employer‘ certification is only awarded to companies that have proven that they meet highest standards in HR management," according to the international research company.

Hays is one of 150 employers in Germany, one of 19 in Switzerland and one of 11 in Austria that have been certified as "Top Employer 2018". We are very pleased about the coveted award, which we received during a ceremony on 13 February 2018 in Düsseldorf.
