Ranked 14th in Potentialpark's ranking of the most talent-friendly employers

We have three reasons to celebrate: Not only were we recently certified as a top employer in Germany for the fourteenth time in a row and cracked the 4,500 follower mark on our Hayscareer Instagram channel - we also scored points with our employer communication in the study by the renowned market research institute Potentialpark and achieved a very good 14th place out of a total of 140 employers. This means that we were even able to improve by 3 places compared to the previous year!

The study analyses the communication of 140 employers based on a survey of (potential) applicants in the categories career website, online application, mobile interaction and social media. For this year's study, Potentialpark conducted a representative survey of over 3,646 Generation Y job applicants in Germany and scrutinised the employer websites based on over 350 criteria.

We are particularly proud of our 4th place in the social media category! Although we already achieved a very good 8th place last year, we were still able to improve by 4 places. We are very happy that our channels on Instagram , Youtube and Facebook are so well received!

However, this is no reason for us to sit back and relax! We continue to work on optimising our talent communication and have our sights firmly set on being among the top 10 in the next few years!
